I'm trying to use my email address - but its saying my email address is already in use!
This is most likely because you have signed up to NZDating with that email address at some time in the past. If your email address is in use within NZDating, you can send the NZDating password associated with that email address to yourself from Forgot Password' page. Once you have the password you can remove the account, and free the email address to use again
